Programming for CrossFit Strength, Endurance, and Preparedness

Someone questioned me how I would program an eight-7 days CrossFit cycle and I experienced to say, I would not. Frankly, I favor twelve, 14 or 16-7 days programming blocks mainly because I believe eight-weeks is just far too short to generate some significant effect.
