Quiche with ham and Swiss cheese

  1. one/two cup chopped onion
  2. 8 ounces chopped mushrooms
  3. one egg
  4. two egg whites
  5. one/two cup body fat-cost-free bitter cream
  6. three ounces lean ham, chopped (about one one/4 cups)

  8. one prepared-built nine-inch pie crust
